Under applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us by email or phone. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defective product or error on our part.
Refunds will be made within 14 days after receipt and inspection of returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.
Downloadable digital products are not subject to the right of withdrawal once the download has been completed.
